We are keenly aware that our organisation functions within a broader framework, amid multiple relationships with other organisations and individuals but we remain steadfast in our commitment to being as sustainable as possible and encourage others to follow suit.
As a remote organisation, we are dedicated to ensuring the preservation and protection of our local ecosystems and natural resources. It is our policy that all employees implement the following activities in their working day:
- Recycle as much waste material as possible.
- Avoid the use of paper - all important information is sent via email.
- Be conscious of your carbon footprint and make informed decisions.
- Avoid unnecessary travel by making use of instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, mobile, and email. All of our meetings take place either in our Virtual Headquarters or via other video conferencing platforms.
Diversity and Inclusion
The driving factors behind building the technology was to support a more diverse and inclusive way for enterprises to hire amazing people all over the world. Fundamentally everyone deserves the opportunity to work and now more than ever as a result of remote and hybrid working many people for the first time can enter the workplace.
