The Hub Newry is an award-winning network of coworking hubs spread across 3 city centre locations in Newry.

Located centrally on the main A1/M1 route between Belfast and Dublin with close proximity to public transport and airports. All our locations are close by to car parks.St Colman’s Park is our original, award winning coworking space. Established in 2012.

A diverse community that spans globally across various industry sectors.We offer coworking facilities, hot desks and private office space for rent. We also provide virtual office facilities such as a registered office address, mailbox and mail forwarding services, as well as meeting rooms and event space for hire.

We also have a great community of people to network with, and a passion for the environment, sustainability and driving economic growth!

Memberships available at our St Colman’s park location:Private Office Spaces available for 2-4 people – to include 24/7 access, use of meeting rooms for clients (within reason) & registered mailbox address: All offices are furnished with Steelcase chairs V2 in black fabric with features as follows: Height adjustment, height adjustable arms, sliding arms, sliding seat, adjustable lumber support, 5 Star spider base, full float back rest and full 4D arms.

Desk memberships available (all desk are large dimensions of 1600 x 800):Hub Unlimited (dedicated, permanent desk) - with 24/7 access, unlimited desk usage, use of meeting rooms for clients (within reason) & registered mailbox address.Hot-desk Memberships per calendar month (no dedicated desk):Hub60 - for 60 hours desk space used throughout the month & registered mailbox address between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Hub Pricing Model:This site is fully alarmed with cctv; a door entry access & intercom system and fibre broadband / wifi.
